High Temperature Burner Products in Chattanooga

Furnaces form a major part of industrial heat treatment equipment and are used in metallurgical, engineering and industrial manufacturing applications. Glass, steel, iron, aluminum, plastics, textiles, die-casting and foundry are just some of the industries that use industrial furnaces, ovens and incinerators. Metro Services, Incorporated has a burner for each of these applications.

NU-WAY

FMP

The FMP burner is a packaged industrial nozzle mix burner with integral fan, gas train, and control box, the FMP series has outputs from 20kW to 4.4MW. The burner is of rugged industrial design and suitable for use with all commercially available gases, with oil and duel fuel variants available above 440kW. Control options from on/off to fully modulation are available, together with bespoke solutions upon request.

MPSR / MPR

MPSR is a self-recuperative burner, designed around the Multiplex gas burner technology. The recuperative element of the burner is capable of fuel savings in excess of 35%. Primary application for use on forge and steel reheat furnaces. MPR is a stand-alone recuperator designed for use with the MPHA burner. MPSR/MPR supplied as heads only or as part of a fully engineered solution.

SD 170

Selectos industrial package burner, rated for outputs between 90kw to 190kW. Supplied with integral fan, fuel train and control box, options available for on/off, high/low and modulating gas only (oil on/off only). The burner is of rugged industrial design and is suitable for natural gas, LPG or oil. The Selectos range has been applied for many years on ovens, spray booths, dryers, and furnaces. Options available for tube-firing on gas (300kW tube-fire special available upon request).

SG 100 & 170

Selectos industrial package burner, rated for outputs between 60kw to 160kW.

NG Series (NG 100, 125, 150, 180, 35, 40, 45, 55, 60, 65, 75, 80, 85)

This burner is suitable for use on natural gas and LPG (Towns gas and biogas on request) with two-stage high/low or modulating operation. All N series burners are custom-built and designed for easy maintenance. This range is typically suited for high resistance, hot water, and steam boilers. All N series burners have been designed in accordance with EN676 and EN267.

Multiplex MP Series (MP 2, 4, 6, 10, 15, 25, 40, 60, 100, 150, 250, 400)

Gas, oil and dual fuel burner. The MULTIPLEX burner has been designed to achieve a high degree of stability over a wide turndown range from relatively low service inlet pressures. Gas and air flows may be controlled by a gas proportionator and air butterfly valves, or for maximum turndown, controlled by a mechanical or electronic ratio control system. For high excess air operation, the air valve would normally be left fully open and controlled by the gas valve only, thus providing a relatively constant volume of combustion products in the furnace throughout the operating range. The basic burner is supplied without a combustion tunnel. It is suitable for mounting directly to the wall of the application, the combustion tunnel being formed by a suitable hole in the furnace wall. Burners can be supplied for all commercial gases, (light) oil, or dual fuel. Multiplex burners are available with a number of combustion tunnel materials and the following is intended only for general guidance. All sizes, in all materials, can be supplied with extended projection.
