Preventative Maintenance HVAC Program Agreement
Preventative Maintenance HVAC Program Agreement pricing is based on the number of residential HVAC systems, and is prepaid at the time of the first service.
Single HVAC System
$300 annually
or $150/visit
Two HVAC System
$500 annually
or $250/visit
Each Additional System
$150 annually
or $75/visit
*Pricing is contingent upon performing two services a year. Contract prepayment for the total annual contract is due at time of the first service. Preventative Maintenance HVAC Program contracts are available within 40 mile radius the MSI office at 4470 Pinnacle Ln Chattanooga, TN 37415
