The MSI Service Center can dispatch a certified service technician to your site to troubleshoot and repair your process heating equipment. All repairs are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty and most replacement parts are backed by a 12-month warranty.

Our services technicians are trained in the use of Process Heating Assessment and Survey Tool (PHAST) software. Using PHAST in combination with other tools and methodologies, they are able to evaluate your process heating equipment to identify opportunities for more efficient use of fuel and combustion emissions. Recommendations are backed with statistical data/documentation to help you prioritize areas for combustion optimization and improvement.
System Upgrades and/or Rebuilds

Projects are managed utilizing a team of certified service technicians which are all coordinated and supervised by a Metro Services Project Manager. The Metro Service project Manager will work with you to minimize the impact on operations for the duration of the project enabling you to focus on your business operations.
