That is why we offer our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program. Our Preventative Maintenance Program helps keep your HVAC equipment in the best working condition year-round for a small annual fee. A Metro Services, Incorporated technician will come to your building and perform a “clean and check” service on your HVAC equipment.

  • Check safety controls, starting capabilities, thermostat calibration, and operation pressures
