A Paperless Office and Digital Resources: What this Means for Our Customers
Metro Services, Inc. (MSI) is proud to announce a decision to move towards a paperless office. Moving forward all MSI work orders, time tickets and other job related items will be completed through MSI’s cloud based customer dispatch system. Not only does this provide the ability to cut down on natural resources through paper, ink and energy, but it also makes MSI much more efficient in being able to store, process and look up information.
MSI customers will now have 24/7/365 access to all of their information through their company specific personal web portal. This means customers can view work orders, quotations, pictures, job notes, and much more with the click of a mouse. For those customers needing signatures validating proof of work they can sign the work orders upon completion of the job from MSI technician’s mobile devices. This can then be accessed in the web portal or emailed directly to the requesting party.
